SELF-DEFENSE
KRAV MAGA
Translated as “contact combat,” Krav Maga is an Israeli military fighting and hand-to-hand combat system known for its brutality, extreme efficiency, and focus on real-world street fighting scenarios. When physical conflict is unavoidable, students are taught to end a fight quickly and aggressively. Krav Maga places great emphasis on controlled and targeted aggression, as well as simultaneous offensive and defensive maneuvers. Our Krav Maga program covers a curriculum from White Belt through 2nd Degree Black Belt, including situational awareness, use of common objects, and defensive tactics.

HEAVY BAG CLASS
CARDIO UNLEASHED
Utilizing high-intensity cardiovascular movements with muscle conditioning, the Cardio Unleashed Program compliments the Krav Maga program by giving students the cardio capacity and mobility needed to endure a modern street fight. In this class, students will incorporate body weight exercises along with dynamic striking combinations on a heavy bag to elevate their heart rate, while building lean muscle. The result is a full body workout that is both challenging and fun at the same time! Cardio Unleashed gives students an alternative method of training their self-defense skills while also building their stamina.

SITUATIONAL TRAINING
WEAPONS & TACTICS
Our Weapons & Tactics course was devised as a way to take military strategies for dealing with armed assailants to everyday citizens. This class instructs students to defend themselves against the most commonly found weapons used in street fights – such as: knives, handguns, long guns/rifles, blunt objects (bats, clubs, sticks, etc.), as well as improvised weapons. In addition to learning how to disarm attackers, our Weapons & Tactics class also covers strategies to surviving an armed assault – including when to fight vs. run, and assessing the myriad of different factors that go into making such decisions.

COMBATIVES / THAI PADS
STRIKING UNLEASHED
Designed to effectively complement the Krav Maga curriculum, Striking Unleashed instructs students in the fundamentals of Krav Maga combatives – utilizing all limbs while striking attackers (hands, legs, elbows, knees, etc.). This cardio-heavy class teaches offensive and defensive movements by having students work with a partner, utilizing thai pads, focus mitts, and kick shields to execute striking combinations that can be used to defend themselves in real-world encounters. Having a solid striking foundation greatly increases a student’s effectiveness in Krav Maga.

SPARRING / STREET FIGHTING
FIGHT UNLEASHED
Unlike other martial arts or MMA gyms, our Fight Unleashed program brings a street-centric focus to sparring. Effectively bringing a street fight into a more controlled environment, this class teaches students the fundamentals of street fighting and Krav Maga sparring while maintaining a focus on participant safety. Fight Unleashed gives each student a first-hand look at the dynamics of a street fight and the tactics that can be employed to survive such encounters. Sparring gear consisting of: gloves, shin guards, headgear and mouth pieces are required for each participant in this class.

PERSONAL TRAINING
We offer the best personal training program in Los Angeles when it comes to Krav Maga and self-defense. Work one-on-one with one of our amazing coaches to personalize your learning experience and create your perfect workout schedule. Getting individualized attention from one of our Krav Maga instructors will allow you to develop the specific skills you want to work on, fine-tune your technique, and learn at an accelerated pace. This is especially helpful for students who are preparing for a Krav Maga belt test or have specific real-world scenarios that they want to work through.

GETTING STARTED IS EASY
1. SCHEDULE YOUR FREE TRIAL CLASS
Book either a Krav Maga Beginners (self-defense) or Cardio Unleashed (heavy bag) class through our website. Pack workout clothes and some water! During your first visit, you’ll participate in an actual class so you can get the full experience.
2. DECIDE ON A PROGRAM
After your trial class, our friendly staff will talk to you about your goals and answer any questions you may have in order to help you determine which of our membership packages would make the most sense for you.
3. START YOUR TRAINING
Once you’ve signed up for a membership, you can start training with us! Based on your membership, you can decide which classes you want to take. We offer multiple classes per day, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to train.
